Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal (-10°F to 40°F) storage conditions through daily temperature monitoring and equipment checks
- Perform accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Adhere to HACCP protocols for food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate cryogenic equipment for frozen product handling
- Complete daily shift logs and safety incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Flexibility for rotating weekend/holiday shifts
