Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in accordance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, maintaining a steady workflow during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
- Replenish stock and organize warehouse aisles to optimize storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but helpful for transport).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
