Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks following strict protocols
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
