Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify product accuracy against shipping/receiving documentation
- Maintain organized inventory storage in compliance with safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyor systems, dock equipment) efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
