Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing freight for quality and compliance
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
