Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain refrigerated/frozen storage conditions (-20°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in storage areas
- Complete inventory documentation and shipping/receiving logs
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
