Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person overnight team during peak operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse processes for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment usage
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Forklift and pallet jack certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Overnight shift availability mandatory
