Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and document equipment performance using IoT sensors
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of temperature monitoring systems
