Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of goods from trucks and shelves using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and document stock movements using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the cold storage facility is clean, organized, and meets all safety standards.
- Monitor temperature logs and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below 40°F).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
