Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in strict temperature-controlled environments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the storage area to ensure a safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and order priorities.
Qualifications
- Ability to work comfortably in extreme cold environments (temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (preferred but not mandatory for all roles).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
