Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products (food, pharmaceuticals) with precision
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using provided digital systems
- Adhere strictly to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Sanitize equipment and work areas as per health standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Genesee Street facility
