Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain refrigerated warehouse temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using provided equipment
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming/outgoing inventory
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS system
- Collaborate with team on efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to facility
- No prior cold storage experience required
