Responsibilities
- Package customer orders using provided equipment (box sealers, label printers, pallet jacks)
- Inspect products for quality before packing
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting machinery
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and packing logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Northside facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
