Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and pallet jacks (equipment provided)
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels
- Inspect and record equipment performance daily
- Organize inventory in frozen (-20°F) and refrigerated (35°F) zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Collaborate with team for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to -20°F environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude with equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work rotating shifts/weekends
