Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and containers efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and food safety regulations.
- Wrap and secure cargo for transport.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (below 40°F).
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and paperwork.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
