Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and barcode scanners with high accuracy.
- Ensure all packages are securely sealed, labeled, and staged for shipping according to strict safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular quality control checks to minimize errors and returns.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
