Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and temperature monitoring equipment
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using powered pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in digital tracking systems
- Implement HACCP and OSHA compliance standards daily
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient product flow
- Document temperature logs and equipment performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F
- Basic forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment
- Valid driver's license preferred
