- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units (32°F to -20°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Sanitize equipment and facilities per FDA standards
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to 32°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District facility
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including mornings/weekends
