Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the cold storage facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain temperature logs to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Organize warehouse inventory, labeling, and tracking stock levels accurately.
- Perform daily cleaning and safety checks of the storage environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures may range from -10°F to 40°F).
- Physically fit to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
