Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize freight in our temperature-controlled warehouses with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Monitor storage conditions to ensure products are kept within strict temperature ranges.
- Perform daily inventory checks and update stock records to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
