Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality against work orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure shipping areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
