Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas to ensure efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: No previous warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive work attitude.
