Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control and monitoring in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory management
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and quality control inspections
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with minimal temperature deviation
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments with appropriate PPE
- Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
