Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor dock work).
