Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper PPE usage
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Perform routine sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic warehouse equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights/weekends if needed
- No prior cold storage experience required (training provided)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
