Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory counts of perishable goods
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP compliance)
- Operate warehouse equipment including palletizers and conveyors
- Document storage conditions and product movements accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail for quality control procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
