Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move palletized merchandise throughout the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking product codes, quantities, and expiration dates in a refrigerated environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan items and update inventory logs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to adhere to OSHA and safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold temperatures (below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
