Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the WMS system.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
