Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls in storage units to ensure product integrity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Package and label shipments accurately for distribution.
- Perform routine cleaning and safety checks of work areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 20°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
