Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or errors before shipping.
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Verify order accuracy against picking tickets or handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
