Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions and weight limits.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure high standards.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper lifting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
