Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision and speed.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the freezer and cooler environments.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of storage aisles to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the shipping and receiving process.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (freezer and cooler settings) for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
