As a Cold Storage Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are stored, picked, and shipped efficiently. We offer a safe working environment, comprehensive training, and clear pathways for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed while operating heavy machinery.
- Package and label items accurately for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Perform regular quality checks on stored goods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (below freezing).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
