Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed stock records.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and temperature regulations.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision.
- Package, palletize, and label products for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures below 40°F).
- Basic math skills for inventory and reporting purposes.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B preferred) or forklift certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
