Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and pallet jacks in the temperature-controlled facility.
- Organize, stock, and rotate inventory to ensure proper storage conditions.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage aisles.
- Assist in packing orders for timely delivery to clients.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory checks using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (below 40°F) consistently.
- Must be physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand safety instructions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
