Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and stack products onto pallets using provided equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization within the cold storage units.
- Monitor temperature controls and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, adhering to all operational protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for delivery to our clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (32°F and below) for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety and following standard operating procedures.
