Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack inventory into designated storage areas and transport vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and digital tracking systems.
- Monitor storage temperatures rigorously to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of the facility to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies regarding personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures often below 35°F).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
