Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock rotation (FIFO) to maintain product quality.
- Adhere strictly to cold chain safety protocols and temperature monitoring requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and facility walkways to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing) for extended shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
