Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Organize, label, and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Sanitize and clean storage facilities to meet safety standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory counts
- Follow strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
