Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (training provided)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with precision and care
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety protocols (HACCP certified)
- Monitor storage conditions and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to 40°F)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
