Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Inspect products for quality and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible availability to cover morning, afternoon, or evening shifts
