Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in storage zones
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and document inventory data
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Conduct routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain food handler certification (company-sponsored)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
