Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and temperature control regulations.
- Package and label goods for shipment or storage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific cold storage background is required.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperatures may range from 35°F to 45°F).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
