Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down, stand-up) to move, stack, and retrieve inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse and aisles are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse managers regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
