Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of goods from delivery trucks and warehouse shelves safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Monitor storage temperatures and ensure all safety logs are up to date.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
