Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, labelers)
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory records
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 4+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to North Scottsdale facility
- Flexibility to work weekdays/weekends (15-25 hrs/week)
