As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a supportive environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking product descriptions, quantities, and packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices (SAP/RF scanners) to process orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying items.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
