Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize shipments in the temperature-controlled facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Monitor and adjust storage temperatures to ensure product integrity.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
