Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely in and out of the refrigerated warehouse.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations regarding temperature-sensitive goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (after training) or pallet jacks.
- Assist in packaging and labeling shipments for distribution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in cold environments (below 40°F).
- No criminal record (background check required).
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
