Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using various material handling equipment.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting packages up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
- Adhere to strict schedules and work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and work instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
